Thank You Cards and Matching Notebooks.

I just love these papers from the Share What You Love pack. Aren't they beautiful?!

Thank you card.Share what you love DSP. Watercolouring Love What You Do stamped flowers with blender pens

I have teamed them up with coordinating Love What You Do stamps and the Stitched Shape Oval Framelit Dies to make this month's customer Thank You cards.

If you think it looks a little familiar, you'd be right. I made them to go along with this month's Thank You gifts. Little covered notebooks.

Notebooks. Covered with Share What You love DSP.

I love a pretty notebook and couldn't wait to cover these in this pretty paper to give out as gifts.

This is how I made the notebooks.

I used the same papers and stamps for the card as for the notebook to match. I added some of the gorgeous velvet ribbon in Rich Razzleberry to the cards.

Here is how I made the cards

I do however LOVE this set and couldn't wait to try it out!
Do you think I can get away with this being "Kids themed" ? I do hope so.

I wanted to make a simple, elegant card. With lots of white, some embossing and a little water colour wash.

Wonderful Moments card. Pregnant lady image. Stampin Up.heat embossing

This gorgeous stamp set is so versatile.

Here are some further samples of cards made with this set. Don't forget to use the catalogue for lots of crafty inspiration!

How It Is Made

The card base is A4 Whisper White. Scored at 10.5 cm and cut at 14.8 cm . ( This will give you two card bases) The top layer is water colour paper. 13.8 cm x 9.5 cm. I have stamped the image in Versamark Embossing ink and used the Copper Embossing powder to heat emboss. I have stamped the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink at the top. The water colour wash is done by simply using the lid of my Powder Pink Ink Pad as a palette. I have used an Aqua Painter ( water filled brush) to create the wash.

Water Colouring at Coffee and Cards

Love What You Do!

I have used this stamp set so much for "stepped up" cards. I love the flower image so much. If you look on Pinterest or You Tube you can find a TON of examples. What I hadn't realised at first was that this was also the perfect set for a clean and simple one layer card! And thus perfect for Coffee and Cards.

This card is perfect for beginners or those just building their supplies. It uses one Stamp Set, a Memento Black ink pad , a little water spritzer and three Stampin Write Markers. Add in your card base and layer and that is it!

I have used the back ground stamp in the set to colour onto in three horizontal stripes using the three different colour markers, spritzed lightly with water and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock. Leave until dry (just a few moments) and then stamp the flower image and sentiment in Memento ink over the top. It creates a lovely water colour effect behind the flowers.

The ladies made some beautiful cards!

All that is left to finish it off then is to add a little of the same colours to the petals.

Don't forget to stamp on your envelope too. None of my ladies send cards with naked envelopes these days 😀Though I did forget to snap a pic of their envelopes.

It's great to demonstrate a beautiful card using just a few products - you don't have to own everything to make something gorgeous especially when Stampin Up make everything to match.

Here are all the products we used to make the card with clickable links to my online shop

I use more products and demonstrate techniques at my Monthly class to make more "stepped up" cards. Here are a couple of examples using the same stamp set .

Love what you do card. Flowers and Jar of Love stamps Stampin Up

This one uses the Jar Of Love stamps and Die set too.

 A Birthday Note - P.S. You're The Best!

Welcome to Kylie Bertucci's Go For Greece Blog Hop!

I am so happy to be blog hopping today with some of Kylie's Go For Greece Training Group.

I am a part of this fab group of Stampin' Up Demonstrators who are all aiming for the incentive trip to the Greek Isles and learning so much along the way!  I'm really happy to be part of this blog hop! There are so many talented crafters in this group, and I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with!

I couldn't wait to ink up this new stamp set as soon as I received it.  I love the typewriter image and all the little notes you can stamp onto the sheet of paper.

Such a fun and versatile set, this time I have used it to make a birthday card.
I have teamed it up with the new Handwritten large background stamp. I love the words!

I love this stamp set so much , it is perfect for the theme of the Global Design Project #GDP142 this week! The theme this week is to share what makes you live for stamping. It could be a stamp set or tool, anything you like. This set just grabs me. I have SO many ideas bouncing around in my head for it. It just makes the creativity flow if you know what I mean.

My card base is Rich Razzleberry card. I have used the new Tea For Two Designer Series Paper for my layer. It is so beautiful. I love the colour combination of Coastal Cabana and Rich Razzleberry and have matched the colours in my stamping. I have added a little Smokey Slate too.

I have added some of the Whisper White and Sliver Bakers Twine and some of the Artisan Pearls to finish it off.

I hope you like my " Birthday Note" card. I can see lots of projects coming up on my blog using this set.  Do hop around and see what the rest of the talented Go For Greece Group have come up with.

You can find all the products I have used here with clickable links to my online shop
